Terms & ConditionsBy requesting service from Elm City Washer & Dryer Rentals, you agree to the following terms:Service & Billing
Monthly rental billing begins only after we confirm your service address, availability, and delivery timing. Once active, billing renews monthly on the same date unless canceled before the next billing cycle.Cancellation
You may cancel your rental at any time before the next billing date. No long-term contracts are required. Service remains active through the end of the current billing period.Equipment Use & Care
Rental equipment must be used with reasonable care and for normal residential laundry purposes only. Customers are responsible for keeping the equipment in good condition and avoiding misuse, abuse, or unauthorized relocation. Standard wear-and-tear and routine maintenance are included. Damage resulting from negligence, misuse, or improper use may result in repair or replacement charges.Maintenance & Repairs
Routine maintenance and issues related to normal use are included. Customers must notify Elm City Washer & Dryer Rentals promptly if equipment is not functioning properly. Customers may not attempt to repair or modify equipment without prior approval.Delivery & Access
Customers are responsible for providing accurate service address details, including floor level, stairs, elevator access, and any access restrictions. Delivery availability is subject to confirmation prior to billing.Equipment Return
All rental equipment remains the property of Elm City Washer & Dryer Rentals and must be returned upon cancellation of service. If equipment is not returned within a reasonable time after cancellation, a non-return fee of up to $300 per unit may be charged to cover replacement costs.Service Area
Service is limited to approved areas within New Haven and surrounding towns. Availability may vary by location.Payment Processing
